Terms & Conditions
- Licence
- 1 Licence will enable 1 login to Reach Out.
Licence includes:
- Customized Branding, 1 customized templates.
- Contact info on each Template - Phone, Fax, email & address.
- Set-up cost
- One off payment per Licence for setting up Reach Out.
- Ongoing Cost
- Monthly Consulting Fee per Licence includes:
- Ongoing Technical Support.
- Permits up to 100,000 emails per month for each Licence.
There after $1.00 for every 100 emails sent per Licence.
- Hosting
- Reach out will be hosted by Reach Market Group Pty Ltd and login access details will be given upon registration.
- Data
- Reach Market Group is not liable for any loss or amendments of subscriber lists or contact information, Reach Market Group recommends clients to keep subscriber data information backed up to another location, and not solely rely on the information to be saved within Reach-Out.
- Pricing
- Pricing valid for calendar period. Reach Market Group reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. Price changes will be given in writing to existing customers. Prices will be posted / updated online. Price includes GST.
- Order Process
- 1) Formal Quotation will be provided by Reach Market Group.
2) Customer Purchase Order must state Quote Number.
3) Work will then commence
4) Login details will be emailed to the client.
- Invoicing
- Reach out - Invoicing will be sent once login has been created.
Monthly Consulting - An itemized invoice will be sent at the end of each month stating qty of Licenses or consulting work completed.
- Account Terms
- 14 Day Account Term.
Payment due within 14days of Invoicing.
- Payment Methods
- Payment can be made either via EFT, Bpay or Pay Pal.
All payments must include Invoice number as reference.
- Free Trial
- Valid for 30 days.
Includes General Template.
Max 100 emails allowed.
End of 30 day period email will be sent. Wishing to continue, a Licence will be required to be purchased.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation of Reach Out must be sent in writing to sales@reachmarketgroup.com with a request for cancellation date. Final invoice will be charged pro rata.
